ExperimentEarth Field Purchase Policy

By using experimentearth.com you agree to comply with the following terms:
You will not link to any websites containing pornographic or adult, racist, illegal or political content in any form.
You will not tamper with account balances or transactions or permission rights on experimentearth.com in any way.
You will not disrupt the functioning of experimentearth.com or otherwise act in a way that interferes with other users' use of experimentearth.com.
The purchase of a field (a piece of ad space on experimentearth.com) from experimentearth.com or a user on experimentearth.com entitles you to the right to show an image on top of that field and link to a URL, as long as you comply with the rules and terms in this agreement and as long as experimentearth.com exists. You do not own the real area in the real country that is represented through the map on experimentearth.com, but only the virtual space shown on our map on experimentearth.com. We are planning to run experimentearth.com for eternity, unless any incident beyond our control should occur. We are dependend on Google Services for our maps and cannot guarantee that they will continue to render their services to us for the mentioned time frame. We are not responsible for the termination of Google's services in rendering the maps that are displayed on experimentearth.com.

Violations of the above and fallowing terms and rules will result in the termination of your account, the transition of your belongings into the possession of experimentearth.com and may have serious judicial consequences.
